CNC Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Equipment repair, maintenance and improvement, and be responsible for the normal operation of production equipment:

1.1. Formulate and review PM plan and equipment overhaul plan of production equipment, and supervise the implementation;

1.2. Solve the technical problems in equipment operation, and put forward rationalization suggestions for frequent equipment or equipment fault points

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electrical, numerical control, automation or related majors, with more than 3 years of working experience;

2. Be familiar with the operating system of automatic machine tools of CNC, machining center and walking machine, such as, Frank system, program editing and skilled operation of equipment;

3. Be familiar with the mechanical structure, electrical system, pneumatic and hydraulic control system of CNC machine tool, be able to eliminate faults independently, and cooperate with the daily maintenance of CNC machine tool;

4. Proficient in mechanical principle and machining process, able to understand drawings, set CNC processing process and equipment commissioning;

5. Understand PLC;

6. Positive and serious working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, integrity and integrity

The comprehensive salary is 6000-10000 yuan per month.
